I floundered for years trying to cope with stress, pain… and the feeling of isolation. With an open mind and a willingness to find relief without medication I attended a Meditation course. I soon realised I was not alone in my endeavour. This provided enormous support and I committed to a daily meditation practice.
After a while I attended the course again. I believe this was a real turning point for me. My techniques were reinforced and became further developed. I was no-longer concerned about how I meditated, I just did it. My life has dramatically changed and I sincerely thank the meditation teachers for all their knowledge, compassion and support.
